GENERAL SUMMARY:
Engineering Cadets are employees of the engineering team for Sevastopol Station. They work in the engineering docks and wherever they need to be all around the station. They support the rest of the engineering team with inspections and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of all engineering jobs. This is an entry level job, meaning you will learn from the engineering team on how to be effective in this career field before you get more responsibilities, as it's a very important job.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run tests, diagnostics, and calibrations on Sevastopol technologies and systems

• Assist investigations conducted by senior engineering staff

• Inspect inventory and record materials and technical components

• Analyze operations and learn from experience

• Attend learning and growth engineering trainings

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

• Safety knowledge

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Required to have been working on Sevastopol for over 1 month
